The house is situated in a central but quiet place next to the Vispa stream.

The different mountain railways and funiculars are within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

You can also take a bus, the nearest stop is 2 minutes away from the house. For skipass owners the use of the electrobus is free of charge. The center of the village with a lot of shops, postoffice and banks is reachable in 10 minutes.
